Midwinter Festival is close upon us, little more than two weeks away.  It is time to go through our closets and collect all of the square dance clothing and other items that we no longer wear or use.  We have a new form that is very easy to use.  Click on this link:

You can send us your forms at any time prior to walking in the door at resale clothing.

 

Consignment Location

Entrance for consignments is on the west side of the Santiam Building of Linn County Fairgrounds, near the RV parking.

Consignments Schedule:

 Thursday, January 26

3:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Friday, January 27

9:00 AM to Noon

1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Saturday, January 28

9:30 AM to 1:30 PM

Sunday, January 29

8:00 AM to 10:00 AM

** Any clothing not picked up during the hours listed for consignor pickup will be considered to be donated to Midwinter Festival, regardless of your election on the consignment form that you signed, and will be disposed of accordingly.
